ARTUS-CEE: Articulation of the Trade Unions’ Strategies on upward convergence of social standards in the enlarged European Union – voice of CEE countries
Expert workshop in Bucharest, Romania
Feb. 14, 2020
ARTUS-CEE project partners met in Bucharest to discuss key issues in European social dialogue in the context of diverging perspectives between trade unions from the 'new' and 'old' EU countries. We talked about the European minimum wage, European works councils, posting of workers, foreign direct investments and many other issues where these discrepancies (but also similarities) arise.
CELSI's Mária Sedláková presented a progress of the Slovak case study. National reports from Bulgaria, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia will be published soon, supplemented by an expert commentary from Denmark, France, Ireland and Italy.
